Dr. Zhao participates in many social activities and non-profit organizations. As the vice president of The Lost Boys Foundation of Nashville (The Foundation) from 2013-2015, Dr. Zhao traveled to South Sudan and met with its Secretary of the State and the U.S embassy officials, together with the Lost Boys Foundation’s president, they discussed the future the Lost Boys Foundation and planned for charity events for The Foundation. Dr. Zhao organized one of The Foundation’s charity event as its Chairman at Whole Foods Market in 2014, Mayor Karl Dean visited the event along with many other individuals. Other than being an officer of The Foundation, Dr. Zhao also participates in charity events for various organizations annually including:

Dr. Zhao pays much attention to medical researching and preventative care. She values in continuing education in medical fields and enjoys giving back to the community. “I met many good people though charity work, and I will always do what I can to help those who are in need.”
